What day is it today

Hard truth that took me years to accept" Not every day is a building day. Some days are maintenance days. Some are demolition days. Some are rest days. Trying to build ona. rest day just produces bad architecture. Know which day you’re in. Respond accordingly. – @scottdclary
Some days, I just want to build. Ideas and creative energy pouring out like a burst dam. The brain moving at light speed. Even coding with AI feels too slow. I can’t stop and won’t stop.
Some days, I just want to clean up. Too much duct tape. Too many manual work-arounds. Too little abstraction. Tidying up stuff always feels good when there’s metaphorical cables all over the floor.
Some days, I just want to destroy. Didn’t Picasso said that the urge to destory is also a creative urge? So yes, some days I want to destroy, cut away, kill off. Old projects which take more than it give. People too. And things. Ctrl alt delete.
Some days, I just want to disappear. Not just rest and chillax. But fk the world kind of disappear. Away from anything and everything that takes even an ounce of effort or attention to engage with. These days, the sea or the forest is best.
So every morning, it’s good practice to ask:
What day is it today?
