Too many tabs open

I feel like lately I've had too many metaphorical tabs open in my brain. I have that course I should get back to. I should follow up with those contacts. I should sign up for that one event that looked good. Work on income-producing activities. Have more fun. Sometimes, I just want to push pause on everything.

We are living in a time when opportunity and access are at their highest. Unfortunately, it coincides with the time when we are most distracted. It's a cruel irony, if you ask me.

Too bad we can't spin off agent clones of ourselves to go do the things and report back. Even better if we could somehow absorb the memories and experience as if we had actually lived them. I learned of the strange concept of "implanted lives" recently. Think of a Matrix-style implantation where you don't actually live the life, but you get all the experience and memories from it, without the karma.

There is no shortage of things that will keep opening new tabs. It's up to us to decide which ones to open and which ones to close down to keep ourselves sane. Maybe I'll write a future newsletter on the strategies I'm employing.
