The next evolution in wellness

There is such a thing as being in the right place at the right time, and that is where I find myself with Vital Health.

The latest proof is today's launch of Vital Sense, the company's new wearable. Co-founder Alex Reynoso led today's launch call and said the launch marks a pivot point for the company. Vital Health is no longer just a "supplement" company but a health technology company. 

So, how is this wearable different from others on the market? I pre-ordered it and will soon have it on my grubby wrist to give you a full review. But the key differentiator is not only tracking data but also giving actionable insights. This is a game-changer.

I've worn the Apple Watch, Oura Ring, Ultrahuman Ring, and others. The technology for gathering biometric data is very similar across these devices. The difference is the software. What good is a bad sleep score if it doesn't tell you what to do that day to recover? Is there any other wearable out there that can advise you on which supplements to take that day? If there is, I'm not aware.
