The ideas always come

My partner commented that she doesn't know how I come up with ideas to consistently write my weekly newsletter. For almost six years and 315+ newsletters, the ideas have always come. Sometimes they're built in, like event recaps. Other times, I get the idea earlier in the week. On days like today, I have no idea what I'm going to write about when I sit down in my usual spot on Sunday morning.
On days when I struggle to come up with a topic, that's a sign I may be taking my focus off my health. This brings me to the most important aspect of my newsletter. It's not that I am prioritizing new subscribers or paid Club Members, though it would be great to have more of both. I started my newsletter primarily to hold myself accountable and let people follow along with my journey.
I realize this isn't the "proper" way to write and market a newsletter since it is focused on me and not my customers. That said, of everything I have produced during these years, I am perhaps most proud of the Be Wellthy newsletter. It is a cornerstone of the brand and a visible reminder of the commitment I made to myself to keep going on this amazing health journey.
