The 10X Unicorn Daily Challenge

After all these years, I finally joined a mastermind program courtesy of a guy named Daniel Knight, whom I met at a networking event. Daniel is the founder and CEO of Unicorn Universe, a business networking platform that provides a supportive community of entrepreneurs and business owners. Daniel invited me to a Zoom call on Friday, and after I got a taste of the community, I was ready to jump in. 

Coincidentally, Daniel launched a 10X Unicorn program for people who are ready to dream big and level up way beyond what they thought was possible. This opportunity came at the right time. I'm tired of thinking and playing small. It's time to level up.

Today starts the 100-day 10X Unicorn Daily Challenge. Daniel has laid out recommendations for how we can show up and be the best version of ourselves every day.

1. Early to rise

  • Don’t just wake up early.
  • Rise BEFORE the sunrise.
  • No snoozing. No “five more minutes.”
  • Get a win instantly by conquering the morning before the world even stirs.

2. 7 Minutes – Future Self Alignment

  • 7-minute Future Self Meditation
  • Visual Alignment + Posture
  • Literally create a Future Self image of yourself.
  • Stand and embody that exact posture as you meditate.
  • Close your eyes and listen to binaural beats or anything that moves your spirit.
  • See yourself. BE yourself. Channel your Future Self into your body now.

3. 33 Minutes – Physical Power

  • 33 minutes of full-out, all-in, beast mode purposeful workout.
  • Absolute best effort, no holding back.
  • If it’s hard, if your body says “no” or “I don’t want to,” that’s exactly what you do.
  • Train with intensity. Train like your future self is watching.

4. Your Main 10xUnicorn WIN

  • Plan your day the night before.
  • Identify the ONE thing that would create a WIN!
    • This is the single action that if done will make the day a WIN!
    • Make sure it’s blocked off in your calendar and get it done!
  • 10x Breakthroughs:
    • Literally schedule and target breakthroughs.
    • Structure them into your calendar.
    • Plan to win. Plan to break barriers.
  • Don’t wander aimlessly and hope — attack the day with precision.

5. Nutrition of the Gods

  • Simple, clean, pure food.
  • Minimal processing. Whole ingredients only.
  • Intermittent fasting (suggested): 6 hours eating / 18 hours fasting (or 8:16 max).
  • NO white bread. NO cookies. NO processed bullshit.
  • If you can’t name every ingredient, you don’t eat it.
  • Fuel your soul and body like a 10xUnicorn Legend.

6. 22 Minutes – Sacred Flow Work

  • 22 minutes daily of intentional learning or skill-building.
  • Every single day.
  • Learn something. Build something. Practice something.
  • Become the highest, best version of your Future Self.
  • Align your growth with what fuels your spirit and your power.

7. Revenue Generating Activity Domination

  • Attack your Top 3 revenue-generating activities daily.
  • Get them DONE first — no delays, no distractions.
  • Bigger targets = Bigger outcomes.
  • Stack revenue. Stack wins. Stack freedom.
  • Do not hide. Hunt.

8. Strategic Collaboration

  • Align with people who are divinely YOUR people.
  • Collaborate, leverage, delegate, dominate together.
  • Every day, connect and build something bigger than yourself.
  • No competition — only collaboration at a higher level.

9. Daily Creation

  • Create daily:
    • Art
    • Music
    • Messages
    • Inspiration
    • Content
  • Whatever your gift is, put it into the world EVERY SINGLE DAY.
  • Pick your platform. Stick to it.
  • Compound the daily ripple into a world-changing wave.

10. Hydration and Purification

  • Drink your body weight in ounces of CLEAN water every day.
  • Lemons? Yes. Mint? Yes. Highest Self Water? Yes. Sparkling Water? Yes.
  • Beer? NO. Soda? NO. Gatorade? NO.
  • If it has sugar, if it has crap in it, IT DOES NOT COUNT.
  • Hydrate like your life depends on it — because it fucking does.

I thought OK, 33-minute workout after a 7-minute meditation fits nicely in a 40-minute block. But why 22 minutes of skill-building!? I THINK the numbers are based on lucky/divine/angel numbers?

One recommendation I have for the “daily creation”: Some people find it useful to batch work within the week, even if they publish daily. So you can have a day to brainstorm ideas for social media posts and a day for recording vids/audio. Batching MIGHT be a useful strategy for you, but you’re already comfortable with daily routines, so I’m not sure if you’ll need it.

Yes, I think he is using angel numbers. I already checked the daily creation box with writing, but I am evaluating how I can migrate to a batch process for my newsletter. I’m currently fighting the resistance of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
