Replace Google Keep with Zoho Notebook
knight • 2 Oct 2024 •
I’ve been using Google Keep for the past few months, and it has served me well for keeping track of various things like to-do lists, bookmarks, and notes. However, as I focus on streamlining my tools this month, I’m considering consolidating my workflow by transitioning to Zoho Notebook.
There are a few reasons why I think Zoho Notebook is a better choice for me:
- I’m already on the paid plan, so there are no extra fees to pay.
- The pricing is quite affordable for long-term use.
- I currently use Zoho Notebook for my ideas, so it makes sense to expand its use for my daily tasks.
- Zoho Notebook’s products are continuously improving, while Google Keep seems to be stagnating.
Therefore, I’ve decided to start using Zoho Notebook more often from now on.

@haideralmosawi yeah, let me know after you give it a try! mmmmm mind to share that illustrator X account ? lol
This is the post that got me interested to give Google Keep another try. I feel like I need a “dashboard”/grid view to see multiple commitments all at one. Using an outliner makes me see my commitments in a sequenced way, which limits how much I can see at any time.
ya agreed, an upcoming post coming soon explain why I coming back to Google Keep after a nearly a week try.
Daaaamn! This is TIME-LY for me! I saw an illustrator share his Google Keep setup on X and I thought: I should probably give it another try. I didn’t know about Zoho Notebook, but we use Zoho at work, so I’ll check out if it’s part of our subscription. Thanks for sharing this. 😃
