Renovating

So the past week has been pretty packed. We came back from Düsseldorf on Monday night, and immediately got to action on the house on Tuesday. Bought some floor on Tuesday, Paint on Wednesday, created some large holes (for networking and photovoltaic) on Thursday and Friday and spent the Weekend painting the walls and laying floors.

The house is coming together quite nicely, although it will take at least another few weeks as I have to work. I still got two paid moving days, I’ll try to take one next Friday (as Thursday is a public Holiday). But I’m out of general vacation days until September (when I get another batch of 25 for the next year). I might need to dig into those too, I guess a vacation isn’t planned anyways next year. We’ll see.
