Off-balance

I can usually tell I’m going to have a bad day when I feel a stab of anxiety in response to thoughts or images I see. I start to feel queasy, then I feel some pressure in my ear. That’s when I realize that I’m not anxious because of the triggers. It’s my balance again. Some people get debilitating migraines – I get thrown off-balance.

And that means I’m taking the day off from writing. Thankfully I’ve made time to let things coast.

My goal for today is to watch a few videos about motion graphics as I think about how I might use AI to make a video production pipeline. I’ve already had Claude add a small motion effect to the header slides on my slide deck app. That’s enough for now.
