No effort, no results

Everyone wants better results.
Skill precedes results.
Practice precedes skill.
Attitude precedes practice.
It’s the willingness to try (and keep trying) that leads to ability.
James Clear

That stung a bit.

Because…

I want the results of a $10k per month product.
But I don’t ship, I don’t practice. So no skill.
I’m not trying, so no right attitude.

Therefore, by the same logic, I should stop expecting the results. Because without any change in behaviour, can we really expect any results?

The same goes for any goal.

No attitude, no trying, no effort, no skill, no results.

So simple, yet so difficult to accept.
