How far are you willing to go for your health?

You might have an idea of how stressed out you are, but do you really know? That's what the NeuralChek scan measures and the data are eye-opening. The biological age measure is what gets most people, especially when they see a biological age much older than their chronological age. That's what shook me up when I did my first scan. My biological age has been as high as nine years older than my chronological age, and through lifestyle interventions and biohacks, I've managed to get the ages to match. My goal is to be younger than my age, which is not only possible but probable due to my focus.
Today, a fellow Brand Partner in LifeWave is driving to my house from Tucson, AZ, for a NeuralChek scan. That's around a two-hour drive, one-way door-to-door. I know people who won't even drive fifteen minutes to get a scan, even if I offered it for free instead of charging $40. He learned about the scan in our Facebook group, and this will be my first time meeting him.
As we age, time and biology start to work against us. I picture it as one of those moving walkways at the airport if you decide to walk against it. If you're standing still, you're going backward. As we get older, the speed increases. If we want a longer lifespan and, more importantly, a quality life span, we have to make health the priority. Notice I did not say A priority or a TOP priority.
Did you know that before the twentieth century, the word priority was used in the singular? The 1897 Century dictionary defined priority as "the state or fact of coming first in the order of time." In other words, it's the first and most important thing. It seems silly to talk about priorities then, doesn't it?

Having experienced health issues and seen elderly people around me not being able to take care of themselves (or losing their cognitive abilities due to dementia or Alzheimer’s), my goal is to remain healthy to old age. My focus is better health, not necessarily extending my lifespan (although a combo of both would be great). I’ve got a lot of damage to recover from. 🥲
@jasonleow There are many ways to calculate biological age. The NeuralChek scan is primarily using heart rate variability and subtle electrical signals in the body and inferring age using algorithms that compare your results to a normalized data set of men and women. I’ll write about his results in today’s post.
@haideralmosawi You and me both, brother. But it’s all fixable.

Wow, how does it check biological age? What markers is it scanning?
