From vision to action

I have this big vision. Now, I’d love to bring people on board to start realizing it.
However, so far, with the people I’ve shared the vision with, only one person saw a concrete opportunity to collaborate.
So how do I move forward?
One way to move forward is to make it more concrete.
It’s much easier to ask people to support a concrete project, maybe even formulate a concrete ask, rather than a big, a bit unclear, and potentially overwhelming vision.
So how can I make it more concrete?
By creating a minimum lovable product, or project. A project that already transports the energy, values, and benefits of the big vision.
A project that can be realized by a certain date, with certain tasks and people.
Something that doesn’t feel too big and scary. Something that feels exciting.
Something that I can start easily, by myself, tomorrow, without much help.
What would be a project that I’d love to start?
Maybe it’s the production of a podcast. Or a visioning workshop. Or a first event.
Let’s see.
What do you think?
As someone who cycles through ideas faster than I can change my socks, I feel like I’m a terrible point of reference. But I keep coming back to information channels and discourse communities. How do you become an indispensable part of a stable information flow? The main question is about scope and cadence. What can you produce on a consistent, dependable cadence?
