Borrowing audiobooks from the local library on an app is one way to save on buying audiobooks to listen to, but it is challenging to get the titles I want to listen to at the time I want. I prefer to get audiobooks via Audible, even though I must pay for them. I enjoy listening to many audiobook recommendations from my wife. However, the problem is that there is no easy way to share purchases from Audible, so we often need to purchase the title twice if we both want to listen to it.

My wife and I share a subscription to Audible to reduce the need to buy the same audiobook title twice. We both then log into the Audible app on our iPhones with the same credentials, and we can both listen to the same title. Audible will sync the content across the two phones, so we need to be careful not to listen to the same title at the same time. Otherwise, the process works as a treat. And there are plenty of audiobooks to listen to. When I finish listening to one title, there is always another audiobook waiting, often at the recommendation of my wife.
