AI enthusiasm

As I continue promoting the AI workshop on Thursday, I keep being surprised by people's comments about AI. They seem to be all over the board.
Some people have not used AI at all. They don't seem the least bit interested in even dipping their toe in the water for whatever reason. That doesn't surprise me, and I'm not looking to twist anybody's arm to take a look at the possibilities. Then there's the other side of the spectrum: people who are not only familiar with AI, but use it to build agents like I am. In some cases, these people said they've been using AI for several years. I know some of these people pretty well, yet they never once brought up AI with me. I wonder what that's about.
Do they just see it as a tool and not feel much enthusiasm for it? Maybe they're enthusiastic, but they're focused on maintaining a competitive advantage? Maybe they got so advanced that they feel it's not worth sharing what they are doing because most people won't understand. I get that one because I find it hard to explain exactly what the AI Surfer OS is. I have been leading with what I have done with it.
I certainly have AI enthusiasm, and I'll share cool tools that I find with whoever wants to listen.
