A Theta Healing Session

I recently caught up with a gentleman named Andrew, whom I met last year at the I Can Do It event in Phoenix. We connected because A) there were very few guys at this event, and B) He wore a t-shirt that read, "Ask me about Theta healing." He offered to give me a free session, but I failed to take him up on the offer.

We had stayed in touch through text messages, and I had a video call with him earlier in the week to catch up. He said his offer for a free session stands, and I knew it was time to give it a go. I just completed my Zoom session with him, and I have a few thoughts.

He asked me what area of my life I wanted to improve. My less-than-ideal weight continues to be a challenge, so that was the area I selected. He asked me some questions about my history with weight going back to childhood. He then had me stand up and face north. We used a form of muscle testing called the "sway test." I closed my eyes and repeated the statements that he provided. Leaning forward is a positive result, and leaning backward is a negative result. I have used this technique before when testing supplements, although I was unaware of always facing north while doing so.

He was able to discern that my inability to achieve my ideal weight seems to be emotional and tied to feelings related to safety, worth, confidence, and love. He then facilitated a healing session in which he asked permission to allow a download of these feelings into my body. It was very interesting to experience sensations in different parts of my body, and I also got emotional at one point.

We conducted one more muscle test to validate that the feelings were present, and I was amazed at how my results shifted from the first test. The integration can take up to two weeks, but I'm excited to see how things shift for me.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, let me know. I can check with him to verify his availability.
