#75Easy ✅

Yesterday, I completed the #75Easy challenge with Vision Espresso. For a refresher, this is a program I signed up for at Unicon back in March. The idea is to use AI tools to help create a vision of my Future Self. The service helps create affirmations, which I recorded in my own voice. It then generated an AI version of my voice as my future self in a sound file encoded with special music. The goal to complete the program is to listen to the file at least once a day for 75 days straight. Of course, I finished it.

The app reset, so I no longer have access to listen to my recording. Perhaps this is by design. It was rather odd not to listen to it this morning. I guess I should come up with another morning meditation routine. I have a graduation call on Monday with Niko, the founder, and he'll walk me through the next steps. I believe it's time to do a second Vision Espresso and then run through another #75Easy challenge.

As for my results, I cannot pinpoint anything specific regarding goals achieved or any magical things happening. It's more subtle for me, about creating the foundational mindset that will allow me to achieve my goals and dreams as I become my Future Self.
